Delivery Policy
Aspetto makes every effort to provide the best possible delivery service for our customers. Our customer service department will take care of all of your orders and delivery queries. We aim to process and despatch orders received before 1pm on day of receipt.
All other orders will be despatched on the next working day. No orders are despatched on Saturday's, Sunday's or Bank Holiday's.
We only work with premium distributors – Royal Mail, national and international couriers and carriers, to ensure the best possible customer service. A signature may be required.
If an item is out of stock - Aspetto will contact you and inform you of expected date of despatch.
UK & Ireland orders should be received within 2-4 days. Worldwide orders should be received within 4-10 days.
Shipping charges will be applied at checkout.
The shipping charge will be clearly stated before your account is debited. If you are unhappy with this price you can cancel the order at no cost.
