Returns & Exchange

While we hope that you are delighted with your order, we understand that sometimes you will want to return some items. Please enclose a note explaining the reason for the return and send it back with your order. Post the items back to:

Items must be returned within 14 days of receipt and we will gladly offer you an exchange, refund or credit note. Please wrap the items very securely and use insured registered delivery, keeping the receipt. We cannot accept liability for goods lost or damaged in transport.
